Diet and Healthy Body are two subjects that cannot be removed from the Life-Balance equation. There is no balance in our lives if we aren't healthy and eating in a way that energizes and fuels us to the top of the success ladder.


It's easy to imagine what a healthy regimen might look like but why don't most of us pursue that lifestyle? Mainly because it feels like a prison sentence instead of fun and enjoyment. So what's the balance necessary to achieve maximum health through diet without sacrificing pleasure?


This section of my website is my exploration into the various types of ways of eating and health regimens that have brought about the most success. There are always pro and cons to eating a specific way.
